Neil’s 20 years’ experience in the food sector comprises Nestle, Kraft and Northern Foods. He’s fondly known in the industry as “The Pie Man” following leadership roles with Pork Farms, Holland’s and Peter’s Pies.

With over 30 years’ sales and marketing experience working for a number of major food companies, David has renowned expertise in the understanding of consumer trends, the overall pie market and competing food categories. David is responsible for the relationship between Poole’s the brand and its consumers, and will ensure that we are the preferred choice at all times.

With 17 years’ experience at Holland’s Pies, Maria is widely recognised for her ability to deliver any NPD project with tremendous flair and professionalism. She is a great new asset to the company not least for her skill, drive and unbridled enthusiasm.

Dave is the man who keeps everything ticking over. It is his job to ensure that all our factory efficiencies are met, the products constantly reach the highest standards, and our customers are completely satisfied.

With a strong track record in the food industry since 2000, Carole is a highly respected Management Accountant, who joins us from the Northern Food Group. A major part of her role is the weekly production of management accounts and variance reporting on materials, labour and PPV.

Angela is “gamekeeper turned poacher”! Career to date has comprised senior buying and planning roles with Sainsbury’s, Debenhams and Habitat.
